Working with a leading banking/ financial services client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Open to Saudi nationals, fluent Arabic speakers & Western applicants looking to relocate. The main objectives of the role will be to manage the Consumer Finance business unit, growing the customer base and managing customer relationships and commercial portfolios to ensure profitable growth and delivery of a high quality customer service

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Contribute to development and execution of consumer finance strategy and sales plan and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategy
• Manage the Personal Finance team to ensure delivery of budget
• Maximise revenue from consumer finance products to increase the company’s market share
• Build the strategy for each product and achieve product targets for each segment
• Ensure personal finance products are of high value to the customer and reflect the market’s needs
• Compare performance of each product vs. peers/ market and develop approach to ensure competitive advantage
• Maintain strong relations with strategically-important customers, ministries and governmental bodies
• Review personal loan offers, assess risks and approve or reject applications according to the authorised regulatory limits
• Review delay reports and facilities reports to identify questionable accounts and submit to the Head of RBG for appropriate action
• Coordinate with PMG to develop new products or derivatives of existing products in order to meet customer requirements
• Develop close working relationships with auto dealers and real estate dealers to market the bank’s consumer finance products
• Formulate and execute an effective talent management plan for direct reports, identifying learning and development needs and support development of an infrastructure for training
• Develop and nurture all subordinates and ensure succession plans are in place for all Consumer Finance roles
