I got this error, error 720 on yesterday morning. I am not an IT person and of coz not that easy for me to solve some technical problem especially about internet connection. Then I called 1111 Celcom Customer Careline and their answer was very dissappointing me. The operator said that the problem is due to their network failure 🙁 And as usual they will asked to unplug and plug in the USB modem, or to restart the computer or the laptop, create a new connection, and so on…until the end of the conversation ~ nothing can help.
After a while, I called them again. The other operator answered my called and she instantly asked for the error number. She told me, error 720 occurred is not on behalf of thier network, but error from my laptop.
As usual I scan this laptop with Kaspersky, but no virus found.
Restoration always help me. The easiest way to solve this problem is to restore my laptop. Simply go to Start Menu > All programs > Accessories > System Tool > System Restore and then choose “restore my computer to an earlier time” > Next > Choose the date you want
* I will choose the date before the error occured. Well now that’s working 🙂
