Kota Bharu Trade Centre (KBTC) is a project developed by E C Alamjaya, will be the latest commercial centre in Kota Bharu, Kelantan which is strategically situated in the heart and the busiest of Kota Bharu town center where human traffic is atmost guarenteed. Also surrounded by bus terminal, schools, market, hotels and the main commercial hub of Kota Bharu.
The anchor tenants for Kota Bharu Trade Centre namely Giant Hypermarket and Parkson Departmental Store will occupied 3/4 each of the lower ground, ground, first and second floor.
The third floor of Kota Bharu Trade Centre is exclusively dedicated to the local specialties (batik, jewelry and other local accessories.
Expect to complete in 2013.

parkson and giant are planning to leav KBTC kota bharu trade center as there is no crowd in KBTC due to bad parking.
Parkson & Giant to leave KBTC? Is this confirmed news? All the small tenants (including my wife) will definitely be gravely affected. Anyone else heard about this?
