So, you want to start an accommodation service?
Since I started my atoqa (using wordpress.com), I got emails and phone calls asking how to start an accommodation service. Most of the questions are similar.
- how to get fund
- how to market the business
- how to prepare a business plan
- how to approach bank institution to apply for loan
- how to attract clients
- how to maintain clients
- how to reach clients
- how to receive payment
I rarely reply to that kind of email, if I replied maybe it because they know how to approach me. But sometimes, I did not reply because I don’t know how to reply, such as how to prepare business plan or apply for a loan, I don’t know how to explain. I never prepare a proposal or business plan, and never apply for a loan. Why wan’t to apply for a loan when we can start it with no money or at least use only a small capital to start, as Mr. Edlee did.
