After about 10 working days, my sister’s Sony Vaio came back home today. This post is from a beautiful pink color Sony Vaio VGN-CS26G. It came back home as a new one. I did mentioned to you that Sony Services Center did not provides back up, right? I hate this because I have to help my sister to install all softwares and programmes she needed.

Something good with Sony is that it has its own services center in every states, that’s why it only take less than a month  to process a warranty claim. If there is no service center here, then it may take up to one month before it come back home.

I still remember one of my lecturer at UiTM Machang, in Strategic Management class asked. “Between ugly design and great design, which one you choose?” Some of my classmate answered, “great design”. I answered, “great design, high quality and performance”. No matter what it is, it is good to have a high quality product and a great design is only a bonus”. When I am choosing a product, design only catch my eyes. First thing first, its specification. I believe many people also share the same point, unless they don’t know the importance of specification of that product.

So the most important here is to survey and compare your choices. Compare its specification, price, then its design. Usually, when I want to buy a gadget, a laptop or etc, I will go to Google or Yahoo, and search for the “product name sucks” or “product name damn” or “product name review”. Then search for current market price before go to the shop. I rarely buy technological product online, because I want to talk to the shop owner and from there, I can learn something and meet a new people.

PS: Sony Service Center in Kelantan is located at Jalan Gajah Mati, Kota Bharu. There is Bangunan Sony, and its service center is on the ground floor.
