P1 Wimax. Is it sucks?
I registered to P1 Wimax yesterday at Kubang Kerian Mall and got myself a black Wiggy as you can see below. When I tested the Wiggy at living area at my home, the led color turn blue which means that we are in its coverage area, but when I try to use it in my room and my library, the led turned red. Red means no coverage. Even I am in Kota Bharu city center, hampeh jugak!
Today, I returned the Wiggy to its TMT Pusat Service at Jalan Pekeliling and claimed RM100 registration paid. So come back home and continue using Celcom Broadband. Btw, I think Celcom Broadband’s services is much better nowadays since extreme advertisement on potong-potong-potong.
But, the amount we can claim may not be the same. They will deduct it based on the usage that we have used. The process takes 45 days and they refund us by check. A check. I hate checks if only for small amount. A long process.
I am debiting my expenses account. Oh ya, go to Google, they said.. it is sucks! //?//
