KB Sentral
I went to KB Mall yesterday, just to lepak and bought some foods and I saw a signboard of Tune Hotel, apartment, and some other signboards next to KB Mall. Yeah, it is the place where KB Sentral to be 
The project consist of two phases and the construction works expected to be completed in 2013, but Tune Hotel expected to start its operation in December 2010. It will be a 175-room hotel-cum-shopping complex and apartment units.
KB Sentral is just next to KB Mall on 24,500 square feet area at Jalan Hamzah. Very close to each other. Like The Store at Jalan Padang Garong and Kota Bharu Trade Center (KBTC). KB Sentral is the first joint-venture project between the Kota Baharu Municipal Council (MPKB) and HLK-Venture Sdn Bhd. This cost of this project is expected to be RM50 million, and MPKB will gain profit at RM4.3 million and two units of three storey building at approximately RM2 million.
I found a website of KB Sentral, very fresh website and not yet have any content until this post published. I guess, it is KB Sentral website.
