The complimentary subscription is given to those who attended the MSC Dialogue.
As of January 2011, the subscription fee kicks in.
It’s free for you to register as a buyer.
But once you want to activate your account to a seller, subscription fees starts from RM10 per month (from RM120 annually). RM220 (admin and setup fee – one time fee still applies).
