After a few days struggled with my stupid Streamyx connection, now everything is back normal. Not because of help from TM technician or TM staff, but with a help from one my Facebook friends.
A few days back, I called TM customer careline for about two times per day asking for their help. I did mentioned to them that I can connect to other wifi router (at restaurants) but when I came back home.. the connection did not work. Everything has been done as suggested by 100 customer careline and TM Contractor (ip configuration, resetting the modem, reset modem to factory default setting, change the ADSL Splitter, change the modem from Innocomm to DLink)…after all…all their suggestion were rubbish.
A bit toying and got some headache, then I update my Facebook status using Happy Internet, “SAYS CONNECTED BUT NO INTERNET ACCESS”. A friend suggested me to call 100, and ask them to reset port.
Now everything is back to normal with normal speed after they reset the port.
I wonder why TM Technician did not suggest to reset the port? Don’t they know that it is the solution?
PS: I suffered losses about 1500 pips because of this problem.
