Yesterday I asked TM technician to reset my port, but the connection problem still not resolved. So then I called them again, asking to change the port to another port. Early this morning, TM Technician call me to came to my house to check my laptop. Over the phone I can hear the other staff said that “your laptop is having problem lah”. Then instantly I answer to the staff that “I can connect at other places, but can’t at my home. Don’t you understand?”
Since I know that the problem is not on my part.. so I refuse to allow they come here. In not so polite conservation, I insisted them to change the port.
Then they agree to change. One question the technician asked me..”how do you know that the problem is with the port? Not your laptop? Are you a Telecom staff..?”
It has been about 4 hours after the port changed, seem I have not yet face any disconnect problem. The connection seems stable until now (about 4 hours). Let see how long it can be.. hope my Streamyx problem is settled by doing this.
So next time, if you face a problem like this..
if your wifi says you are connected but when you try to browse the website…what you see is only a loading loading loading loading page all day long. Then probably your problem is similar to me, it is a problem with the port.
